When you abandon a planet, will the structures you had on it still be there when someone else recolonises it?

According to Threadbare, effects are removed. Dan's against planet-selling, so I've heard.

Someone conquered a planet of mine that had underground caverns, but the effect stayed even though it switched hands

I'm not sure about passive cloak/defense though - I've found empty planets with passive attack/cloak before, which suggests someone owned the planet at some point.

Do really inactive players get deleted entirely after a certain point? Or do passive defenses remain after abandonment?

Passive remain after abandonment. I abandoned a volcanic that had max passive attack and it retained its passives.

what's a stealth field?
I can't find that buff anywhere....
Anyway, if it's a Tempoary buff(event or artifact), it will be kept
If it's a permanent one from anaylsis, I heard it would be gone.

It's neither actually. It's a permanent non-analyzable random buff.
