Dont you feel if you have made an effort to a legion base and then feel that legion is not for you that you should be able to take all the artifacts you have put on the legion base and take them with you? i have added multiple special and normal modules to my legion base and think i should have the option to extract them if i decide to leave the legion!!

Well, wouldn't that be nice, but would be too easy to screw over your now former legion once you leave them. And you know it would be abused by people merging legions and what not.
Just gotta be more careful when you decide to invest rl$ into the game, especially a legion that you can't take with you.

My last legion kicked me becuase i added a command beacon after i added to extra slots bit unfair but this was the legions leaders response

Wow that's cruel, anyone who adds extra slots should get to choose what they put there by right, and besides command beacons are useful and expensive. The comm message seemed pretty nasty as well.

Thanks epic, on top of that my legion reprted my gf account and she got banned she is well pissed and blames me my old legion knows she played and we both played each others as we use same laptop in the house. I mean you can tell its a legitimate facebook account and she got banned without breaking any of the terms and galxy legion yet to respond to me re any of this sad day when bullies like my old legion leader can do this especially when i am getting it in the neck from my mrs lol

Um... You do realize that playing a second account, whether it's legitimately your GF/BF's or just some made up account, IS against the Galaxy Legion ToS... Also, I do believe accessing someone else's FB account is against THEIR ToS. Sorry, but you've got a very weak argument.

Darth everyone has a alt just about its the nature of a mmo they have there main and then a alt to goof around with and try new things without messing up there main.
The only reason why dan frowns on second accounts is because a good deal of players use there super high rank main to offload things on there rank 20ish secondary that they would never normally get and as such ends up ruining the low ranks with high rank resources.
Out side the abuse of having muti's working together theres nothing wrong in my eyes with haveing a Alt.
Also its his girlfriend she lives with him lol all it takes for them to log on to eachothers accounts is to forget to sign out of facebook. So dont be a stick in the mud.
But to address the topic here -1 what happend to you was really cruel and well a %&@# move on the part of your ex-legion that needs to be adressed,but as it was already pointed out it would cause alot of problems if people could pull out the artifacts they used on the base not to mention the codeing nightmare for Dan i shudder to think the madness that would happen if someone pulled out all the exo-clamps from a legion they have been with for over a year not to mention how it would royally it would ruin a base over a case of sour grapes.

Stick in the mud or not, RULES ARE RULES. It doesn't matter if YOU don't see anything wrong with it, DAN does. He has decided not to allow 2nd accounts in his game. If you have one, you are breaking the rules and should be punished accordingly. Just because "everyone" breaks that rule (which they don't, by the way), that doesn't justify anyone else doing it too. If I have incontrovertible proof that someone has a multi-account, I WILL turn them in. Breaking that rule is no different than breaking the rule about using spiders and stuff. Saying that it's "just his girlfriend's account" doesn't make it right, either. How hard is it to see that it's not your ship when you get on and just re-login under your own profile? 10 seconds if you have a crappy internet. Taking a nonchalant, apathetic attitude toward ANY form of cheating, INCLUDING MULTI-ACCOUNTING in any form, only encourages others to do it MORE and causes a negative effect on the game for the majority that DO follow the rules.

You do know the way Dan has the ToS worded leaves the rules to be interpreted in a wide range of ways heck he has worded it so he can even twist it and ban someone for little more reason then he is having a bad day, and theres a huge difference between having a alt to experiment with a new build and what not and abusing it. If you read my whole post you would of saw i agreed with you to a degree but theres no harm in having a alt as long as you dont abuse it.
I can name off more then my fair share of people that have alts im not bothered why? Because they dont abuse it those that do abuse it should get banned yet but answer me this your normal alt how do they get any more advantage from normal trade between there high rank main and being in a high rank well run legion?

Our point is this guy was abusing it was using his GF and other Alts for farming players, to get alerted so he in turn could farm their higher ranked players, thus starting two wars for our legion, we gave him the benefit of the doubt originally and backed him up cos we are loyal to our members, but then he starts boasting about his multi's on enemy comm, damaging our legion, it was the beginning of the end for him, so feel no sympathy for him. The guy basically spat in dans face saying you wont touch me i spend money, guess he was wrong

What part of RULES ARE RULES do you not understand? It doesn't matter why someone has an alt-account or how they have it set up or whether they abuse trade or scans or PvP, it is against the rules. Plain and simple.
