you get some from missions. other than that, theyre way too powerful to give out in bulk from artifact shipments.

Yeah, there is one, but I don't think we should get them in artifact shipments. Just for the sole reason that it would make someone with a good artifact prod. have an insane e-bar, therefore allowing them to do more missions, scans, and npc/pvp. Thus, they would grow too fast. You might end up with a tin can like a certain person.

Energy and attack are 2 of the most valuable stats in the game - Dan wants to nerf access to them for a reason.

Redundant idea. You already get the coveted rescued prisoners in the artifact drop. Energy and attack are valued stats, so use the android helmsmen and scientists for research and defense, use the tesserects and msps for cargo, use the ship bots for deck space.

Want to increase energy and attack? Use rescued prisoners. Though they can be used for any of the stats, most players use them for energy or attack upgrades since other drops take care of other ship upgrades. So in effect, rescued prisoners are your android engineers

Maybe remove prisoners and add tactical and engineer andriods lol *runs*
