Dan, can we have a counter somewhere on our ship tab that displays the current number of "offensive" actions we've performed in the last 24 hours? There's few things worse that nerfing up a jackwagon that deserves a healthy zeroing only to find out that you can't use TMs. Obviously the count is tracked, all we need is a visual display of that data. Even if it refreshed every couple minutes or so, it would be a valuable indicator for PvP folk. Either on the Actions tab of the Ship Stats (invisible to enemies of course) or even better above the View Ship Stats button on the main Ship page.

Not talking about those actions... The idea is so you know how many actions you have performed that count against the TM restriction. You can be at 3/5/5 for a month and still not be able to use TMs if you spamfest someone pretty well and still don't get a kill.

I would like not to even need an action counter . but seeing as we have one , having some thing to keep track of it would be nice .
