At current, the only thing available for Red Badges is the Dominion Cannons. Except for Reds, every badge color/type has some kind of repeatedly consumable item, whether it be a structure or an artifact, so why not let Red have some fun? Examples include: Crimson Saboteur Reduces target's Defense by 50% for 30 minutes. Cost: 10 Energy;50 Red Badges Dominion Defender Increases Defense by 100% for 30 minutes. Cost: 5 Energy;20 Red Badges
Clearly, I'm no good at coming up with modules like this, so other sugggestions will be much appreciated.

being that red badges can be traded in for weapons it only makes sense to add an arti that boosts attack, or nulls a KVT.

Mehh... How about red badges to tactical officers? A pseudo null fuse would be pretty crappy in my opinion.

tactical officers would just imbalance the game unless they were pretty expensive to buy with badges.

Not everyone is a serial killer with 500+ badges. If it was on say, 2 tacts per badge, most people will never even make 1000 attack out of it.

that's too much attack, a low rank player could easily gain 10 red badges a day. thats +140 attack a week (or +560 a month)

Dude, ya think I'm not aware of how easy it is?
Okay. Let's put it on the same ratio as dominions. 1:1.
Your also not considering that people do want to do other things than PvP.
IMHO PvP needs to be more rewarding anyways. It's riskier, harder and with less rewards! WTF!

If you have too many do base scans for your legion. Don't just scan once and say good enough; find a base you know to be weak. There is no need for a new red badge item, yellow and green do. all the others there are plenty of things to buy.

IMHO PvP needs to be more rewarding anyways. It's riskier, harder and with less rewards! WTF! people will turn to PvPing when they realize how easy it would be to gain extra attack. It's like rewarding a serial killer with more weapons - it only makes them harder to defeat. Plus more attack would make it harder for PvPers since those who had weak ships are more likely to build up attack. Yes I do realise that not many people PvP. But this would make PvPing harder.

Keep track figure out which ones have like 30k HP and avoid them, find glass ones or move to a legion that kills 5s

Im all for it , I like to pvp but now with amp , krionus , halcyon is just hard ... maybe if there was a reward worth the risk and time it would be more interesting. strm avenger wrote: Not everyone is a serial killer with 500+ badges. There is no need for a red badge consumable when you've already got one. Someone else already said scan for bases. There ya go.... And don't just stop at the first one you find. Keep track of the bases you hit and try to find one that your legion particularly likes to disable. You'd be amazed at how quickly your stockpile of reds is gone.

Tactical officers bought with red badges would be great. Not too overpowerd, as PvP is dangerous and has many obstacles, such as KVT's which are rather annoying and time consuming.

Not at higher levels. Unlike QFTs, which reduce cloak by 99.99%, a KVT only reduces attack by 90%, leaving those with 10K attack plus with approximately 1000 attack left over.
