+1 to the idea, very nicely thought out, although given all the new ideas we as a community come up with(most of which are simple and could take all of 30 minutes to code) and those that are actually implemented, it honestly doesn't seem like Dan goes by what we want, unfortunately, as otherwise the game might cater more to bringing in more higher ranked content.(including new NPC's, and making troop carriers continue to appear past rank 2200).
-1 to the 10 Badges = Planet(including fully cloaked planets), the cloak is there in-game for a reason, i use it for the very purpose that it does make my planet unfindable(lest a critical hack of course).
That said i'm not opposed to it granting say one "free planetary scan" using the persons current scan rating as to what cloak the person can defeat.
+/-1 to the 75 badges = 1 free galaxy wheel spin - i don't think many will choose this option, i personally wouldn't but maybe some would.
+/- 1 to the 100 and 150 badges ideas - maybe 100 badges = 1 free refill(guaranteed refil reward at 4x the cost of the 25 badge reward) and maybe the purgers could be 1/5 as suggested by shortwave.
