Though im fairly familiar with base inputs, what is the list of contributing factors to base

I.e, if i goto another legion it tells me i have contributed in last week to another base. Im happy with CTP, EM and energy being contributions but what about cash deposits, module changes, do they have any impact on the week timer? Any other obscure stuff

I agree. I am fairly certain that it is only contributions that are located in the UPGRADE section that are effected by this limitation.

I've put funds into a base soon after contributing to another base, that doesn't seem to be affected unless a change has been implemented in the past month

No change- money does not count, or upgraded modules
