there is a member of ultracorp imperium who is constantly farming people of certain legions disable, raid, and/or hack him if you will he is a constant menace to the fun of the game that is all

there is the possibility that they're an entirely noob legion, or that the other player is an exceptional slow ranker..

I find it hard to believe that a legion can't take care of a rank 63. That's pitiful. Just equip weapon mods or slip off of his log.
