if that planet doesn't have an engineered virus thrown at it, what is the population restoration rate ? it might not be based on the last time of damage, but some other fixed timing event. i seriously doubt that ALL the planets in the universe get their population boosts at the same time, but the evidence provided might just prove bad luck with the timing rather than a coding glitch.

Population increases at the rate of 1 per 2 minutes I believe.

This is a known glitch that has been around pretty much forever. It really has no impact on the game aside from an extra 5 energy and is I am sure pretty low on the "to fix" list.

Thank you, someone that knows it happens, but see, i never stop attacking. I attack, then attack 1 second after, so it's not regen, and it always happens to me on the second attack, with 5 eneregy being wasted, so i think it's not low on the to-do-list, u and so many others probably want content more than anything, maintenance and fixing problems is just as important, i think for myself and the people it happens to that it would be high on the to-do-list, since energy is being wasted when it could say be used on a base hit/npc/player/or another attack on a planet. Or even donation to the base.

I'm sorry but it's 5 energy, not exactly game-changing. Although I do understand how it could be annoying.
