Sort by race alphabetically. I can see the utility of it, but that page is pretty cramped already. It would be ok for members, but officers have the boot button and leaders have the promote, demote, and boot buttons in that area.
+1 for having a better grasp on the legion's race/profession demographics though.

For my money, you can get rid of the picture that most people leave as their race anyway, as this is far more useful, however, if you put race in, you also need to consider profession and then it really will start to become cramped...
so +1 and also -1 lol
