You may. You need decent scan for that mission which either means expensive scanners (Hyperflux/Continuum) or tons of decks. Also it result in you repeatedly repairing scanners to stay above the minimum required scan.

i didn't run any researched scanner, so used like 20 assorted mission/npc ones, was a pain to repair, thou didnt cost much
