have all three in one pact to save space.

2 in a pact to save space there be there be 3 different possibilities if i am correct.

if you were in combination and wanted to get one of them removed as i said above then you could remove one of them with removing the 2 or 1 other pacts

you could have inheriated pacts that from other legion. say legion a has 3 different packs and another legion a pact with that legion also with the other 3 also or 2 or 1 then they can chose which one they want to inheriate from that legion to save space.

This was brought up quite a few times before. I still feel the following system or an adjusted one(in term of values) would be the best and balanced solution. It is also a middle of the way concept.

1. Instead of pact slots, the legion would have 2x that many pact points.
2. Each single pact cost 2 pt, dbl cost 3 pt and triple cost 4 pt. This means multi pacts is cheaper than bunch of singles.

I do believe that more complex and close relations should be more costly than simple ones, so I don't think it should be 1 slot regardless of number of pacts. But I also feel that such relations should not be so expensive as multiple separate ones, hence this middle of the way concept.

it should be legion based not pack based

-1 would mean legions wouldn't have to balance bp and trade pacts

you could choose from 1 to 3 packs. for each legion. what does balancing have to do with packs anyway.

you could have from 1 to all 3 of them.

it be 10 legion up to if think if i am right if you have embassies installed i think the max 5 and each one 2.

so you could have from 10 to 20 pack with that many legion. regardless of how many you choose to have 1 pack with a legion to all 3 packs.
