I dig the idea. I'd like it as it's own chain, where some thematic scaling could be implemented. Let's say, instead of it giving you an item to improve a planet, the first mission involves using vortex deflectors to contain the unstable energy storm detected, and rewards an item that adds a "vortex" planet to your scans that can't be colonized, with a random name and that only exists in your scans at this point. Then the second uses warp gates to get terraforming supplies to it, and then finally weather controllers to keep it sustainable (making it colonizeable). Have that produce a standardized stats planet, like the dyson. Thoughts?

Random extra note: Completion of the Paradise Project would also award the medal "Paradise lost- found" (worth 30 medal points) and an Omnistream Gateway upon completion.
