i think we should be able to buy these with galaxy points. like the extenders there should be a limit per base level. i think they should cost around the same amount as most of the other base modules.

i like the one post about gp I think 1 gp per each level you level up. less if fast ranker more if slow ranker. or you could have it 1 gp every 5 day of activeness that the player is active.
