Ok, I for one think there have been enough mission chains for now. Yeah it was cool to add dialogue to this chain and that one mission with the cute mini-game on it but can Dan work on something beside those for a bit to actually improve the game? Perhaps spend more time on fixing the GTC? Implement some ideas people have come up with?
I think there are more than enough modules out there already; I think that trading prices have been screwed with enough, and I think that something fresh and longlasting needs to be added to the game to improve it and stop people from leaving because of boredom.
Dan, please take into consideration what the game needs. If this is a tradition then you need to break tradition for a bit to help the game out.
I have to disagree.
Not with the idea that Dan needs to fix/improve other areas & add something that will hold interest for a while(like bases when they first came out) as thats a great idea and Dan needs to do this.
I disagree with the idea that by Dan postponing any future missions for a while, it will enable him to focus on the other issues. It should in theory only take a day at most to come up with these new missions(because lets face it, they're not that in-depth), and have the code implemented for them ready to go. So that gives Dan 13 days to focus on issues within the game, or add new features to help the userbase stay strong.
Theres no reason he cannot come up with new missions and fix the issues present within the game.
