Post RSL Science Installation - Awesome Drops!
RSL Science Installation

Elite - Top 3

Drops :

RSL Weapons Core - Removes one exotic pulsar or ion ballistae energy penalty : ( scraps for some CTP )

RSL Relay Star - Removes energy penalty for one relay you currently have installed : ( scraps for some CTP )

RSL Credits Vault - Upon opening, grants you bonus credits. ( 5x your upkeep )

RSL Data Optimizer - Upgrades research by one on one of your planets

Make it rank 400-1500, and have the drops scarp for 15-30 CTP. then, +1

Quite OP unless the drop rate of this artifact is less than 3%-5%. Other than that, the npc has potential.
