Right now, this how the green badges work: "Green Badges are awarded for invading enemy planets. A badge is NOT awarded for invading a planet from the same owner within a 7-day period. " My proposed edit is to also add the badge restriction for invading the same planet in a 7 day period. Any thoughts?

I'm guessing this is regarding the 'football' Dilemma. Dan is working for a fix to it.
And if this is about footballs, then you'd also want it to extend to the corresponding medals as well.

It would fix the football issue, but it also prevents you from earning a badge from re-conquering a "good" planet that got stolen but not fluxed.
Greens would still have to be earnable on planets maybe Mega Rich+ to fix the issue of telling what's a football and whats not.

Just make it easy... you may get 1 green badge per planet, ever.
If it is taken, and is good enough that you want it back, the reconquer should be reward enough.

Or make it 2 green badges. It's low enough that nobody would use football planets, but enough that if you reconquer it you can still get another green from it.
