This is all I get when I try to contact Dan as I know I'm not alone with this happening when i click the report/contact button is this something to do with Facebook or is this at Dan's end button has been like this for many months with no sign of changing any help with the situation would be appreciated.

Seriously, I still get replies when I submit a ticket as it were, so its either your account or you. Probably the 1st so try FB.

Your single best bet would probably be pestering Facebook until they (probably never) decided to do it.

In game support is always an option, although if it's an access issue, then that wouldn't really work...
I can think of how to do it. Would take a few days, but certainly possible.

After all this time still broken, Facebook are as useless as usual any chance you could enquire to them about the situation they don't seem to feel the need to reply to me.

fireblade i had a issue with facebook last october would not allot me to purchase facebook credits it took them 28 days to respond to me about the issue dan is a witness to this cause i had spoke with him multiple times trying to figure a little solution to fix the problem with out breaking any rules in the game i say keep sending them message's even flooding them until they respond

FB people Get spammed with so many. Oww this pic disagrees my my thoughts so ima gona report it BS! that there slow for every thing. Even major issues take them for ever then it is just one person having it. I Don't think I have ever gotten a reply. and I sudect most issues get filtered  .
I think it means they have not read it yet. but I maybe wrong

Why i posted here, I have sent many messages but with the amount of stuff they must receive the chance of them listening in remote and the chance they fix it is next to nothing lol.
