I suppose but when your slow ranking remember energy really isn't worth very much.

Your tech is good enough, but what's holding you back now is your rank. Rank limits the amount of planets, therefore the AP you can get, and in a RP legion, you are really going to need to bolster that AP production to stay at level with those competing with you. At the really low ranks, decks are power (more decks = more hull, attack, energy, defense, etc), and an extra prisoner or ship bot a day will have a huge impact over time.

Tl;dr: Start ranking up, take more AP planets, get that toxic, replace that plasma with several gases instead (much cheaper). Work on weapons. Possibly look into an AP legion.

Im going back to DFA after i do +10s its an ap legion and the plasma im getting at a fair price just under 4kctp and the person is putting artis i cant get yet. My weapon tech isn't a problem really my attack is higher then all of my enemies. But i agree with you on ap lrgion as soon as i finish +10s. Thanks for the advice

No problem, and oh, believe me, in a few rank, "superior" attack will become nothing, my own 2k unbuffed has gone down massively in kill efficiency.
