Apparitious, Bane Familiar - can you purchase before 80?

 The Apparitious, Bane Familiar says "Requires Rank 80+".
Do you know if you can purchase it prior to Rank 80 and hold onto it in your inventory until you are Rank 80+ ? Is that possible? I am sorry if this has been asked / answered. I did search through the 7 pages of posts about the Apparitious Bane Familiar and did *not* find information regarding this. I would presume so it would sit in your cargo until your over rank 80.

Yes, you can purchase the Familiar below Rank 80, you simply can't recruit it until then.
