If you had a steady supply of plasmas and had the funds to buy one RP-based Dyson to minimize slot usage on RP planets, how likely is it that someone could have 5k RP and AP by Rank 100 if they were not a reset player?

If you have 8 16x Plasmas with 4 +12s you can easily get 5k Research
1RP based dyson + 6 Plasmas with +12s you can get 5k research
That leaves 19 planets for Artifact planets. If each pumps 260 artifacts each you can get 5k artifacts.
