Make a medal use some huge amount of Containment missiles.

I am so sick of people complaining about missiles, they are there for a reason, give people a reason so that people start using them.

What complaints do people make?

Such as:
"I only badged you... it's very bad form to CM me for that!"

Additionally, the normal implied "complaint" would be 50 EMP spheres, 50 Disarming Bombs, 20 CMs even though you have no buffs on, 3 Krionite torpedoes in a row, and failure to hand a disable.
