New Forum section: Town Hall

This would be a place for people to take their disputes, take them out of the Pub and Legion page. It's the same idea as the Council topic going on in the pub, but with one big difference. There's no sanctioned arbitartor or jury, just a specific place for folks to hash things out. I would recomend some moderators from the community though. Xizen, Darth Ravadge, and Annabelle come to mind since they were proponents of the Council idea. Just to keep things civil and adhering to the board rules.

Well it would certainly clear alot of arguments from the pub, and there is a way to make it so people can only moderate a certain forum which only takes about 5-10 minutes to do. But I highly doubt Dan would make actual players of the game moderators; from what I hear he only gives that status to people he personally knows.
