I have 23 terraforming devices and 2 quasi special expanders, the problem i face is i need 8 more quasis to complete the Rift Project.
Is it possible to trade my unused terraformers to get some quasis? If not can i still trade for some quasis?

No, the expanders are not sendable.You will either have to buy them or hunt for them.

Is it possible to trade my unused terraformers to get some quasis? If not can i still trade for some quasis? bad news you cant trade them good news you can make a pretty sweet artifact planet with those terraformers. be patient on the quasis it takes a while to get them but its worth the wait.
