Post Boss/elite NPC events
for some hour in a week (ex : 12am - 5pm ) will be crazy chance spawn of one type like silthion , dark smuggler ,shadin, etc boss.

example for silthion event :
Less than a minute ago From: xxxx
xxxx asks for your assistance with the following enemy: Silthion Queen
Less than a minute ago From: xxxx
xxxx asks for your assistance with the following enemy: Silthion Queen
Less than a minute ago From: xxxx
xxxx asks for your assistance with the following enemy: Silthion Queen
Less than a minute ago From: xxxx
xxxx asks for your assistance with the following enemy: Silthion Queen
Less than a minute ago From: xxxx

It wouldn't be fair to have this as just a 1 set time.

If it was broken up to say last 5 minutes of each hour of the day, then it would be a lot of fun.

Only because all time zones should have a fair chance at this event.

1 minute per 8 hours, random, or else it would be slightly abusable.
