I have scanned quite a few no legion planets lately and have noticed something that doesnt seem right.

If I fail the invasion the first time, and succeed the 2nd time, I don't get a green badge.

This has happened multiple times, so was wondering if I am getting ripped off or not. Most of them I have a 90% chance of invasion and I have a VERY high failure rate on them.
I am actually thinking of taking guns off to lower my chances below 90% as I keep failing on the same planet multiple times

You're not meant to get a green badge if you have attempted/succeeded an invasion on a planet by the same owner, within a week.

i just asked dan this the other day, and yes, its how he designed it

i see it as a successful invasion, usually at a harder difficulty too if the player is active, but oh well.
atleast it still counts as a bane rank
