im sure its been brought up before but i have seen in the llegion comm the same messages showing up twice and it bugs me

It is your connection being not that great.
Refresh your page and only 1 should be there.
Or it is the person sending the message being impatient with their own poor connection speed and typing the message again.

Yeah. It's where the game refreshes the chat multiple times (because you pressed enter whilst it was refreshing/sending) and echoing the same messages. Nothing to do with the game itself.
