If I past r124 without getting the medal, does it mean I lost the chance forever?

I believe they're trying to refer to a minimum rank, not maximum.

Ignore that section of the wiki. It's there simply to determine if there's a minimum rank for that medal.

Please just let threads die if you have nothing to add.

I did add something. I explained why that column was a part of the table on that page of the wiki. Don't tell me what to do, because I don't see "Moderator" below your name.

I added one to my post-count.

That was the 3rd time that day someone drew me back to a thread I had already answered, in order to add nothing to the answer. I stopped posting in discussions, and almost stopped posting to answer general questions. Now on the rare occasion I do try to help, I have to deal with people constantly bumping threads, for no reason, that I've already answered.

Okay, well I'm sorry. To be fair, you did ask nicely, and I was posting pretty late at night like I am now. So, yeah.

But it's pretty impossible to stop a thread being bumped. It's guaranteed to happen on a forum like this, or your money back.
