Warping is an offensive action, as such, it shouldnt be possible to warp a person while disabled, yet i have been warped off a planet 4 times now by a disabled ship, and i know they are disabled and not just dying before i look cause i check their ship within a second of the warp occurring, also their disables left count hasnt changed

I brought this up a few months ago, yet nothing was done. It's always been this way, but I don't think it should be allowed to happen. It's annoying that you can't kill 'em for it. You can use other artifacts too, such as Quantum Bio-Vaporizers, and Ion Storm Charges, all while disabled.
