All my timer once they hit 00:00 don't move, productions, NPCs, etc.

isnt this only supposed to happen when we fall back (not spring forward) to prevent the possibility of double production?? as it happens now we are losing an hour from it..

This is just a display issue (your production is still accumulating) and should clear up once the clocks roll forward for you (about 13 minutes if you are on the West coast)
