 Composite ray!

Post Composite ray!
Trying to install my first composite ray, but when i choose its bonus and select build, nothing happens and it wont install.
I have available space to install but nothing happens just stays on the bonus select tab.

Dont know, if you used artifact page under the trade tab it doesnt work, but if i used the use artifact under ship tab it worked no problem.
