I think it might be a good idea to have a list of all current production boosts on planets with the time remaining. When you have a lot of planets, it's a bit tedious to look through them all to see which one still has remaining production boosts. Yes, you can record each time a planet you own gets +% production (or flag them) but isn't it easier if there was already a list? Just to see what planets have them and the remaining time.

how about planets with effects are automatically flagged with a non-defult coloured flag so they can be seen in flagged planets tab.?

That's good too, and to make it easier so you don't have to go through a lot of pages...you should be able to see only those planets with that flag...A "Show only" button for just planets with the production
