i think i would be a good idea if once a month dan would have a sale of gp items. how he could do this is have a set date that eveyone knows. or he could have it happen randomly and it would be a different every month. im not one of those people who doesnt buy gp because i cant afford it. it would just be nice if he would have a sale to thank all of the people who do buy gp.

an award for buying gp. so you buy x amount of gp and you get x percent more gp as a bonus. for example after buying 1,000 gp you get 1% extra gp from now on. at 3,000 gp you get 2%. then 6,000 gp you get 3%. at 9,000 gp you get 4% and at 12,000 gp you get 5%

No because the people who dont buy gp still wouldn't buy gp or would only buy a tiny amount while those who do buy gp would wait effectivly reducing the ammount of money dan makes

How about something similar?

Once a year, for a short one or two week period, for example around Christmas, Dan increases the amount of GP you get with each purchase, by say 10%, as a small thank you to all his loyal customers?

I know i would probably buy twice as many points then, as i normally would, just because it would be slightly cheaper than buying them throughout the year.

What is really needed is new/improved GP items... like the one to REMOVE transfusable affects.

Slight discount should be available once a month on a random day to those who have purchased above a certain amount the rest of the time.

I'm telling you all we gotta do is get the current GP market revamped. With having spent as much GP as I have I feel I should definitely get something back at this point.

who says that the percents have to keep on increasing. i would think it would be stopped at 10%. after you could get some other bonus.

Another thing that would be pretty great would be to add an Auto-Loyal Artifact. So you could automatically gain Loyalty within a Legion.

in actual fact he probably would. most people only buy things they cant trade for such as the ship mods and project planets for instance you need 40 qse for your invincible planets. 40 qse is 2000 gp. So either pay for 2000 gp or wait till the next bonus day and pay for 1800 or 1500 or even only 1000. thats a hefty amount of money dans missing out on there.

No need for cap, just make the cost to increase % bonus exponential and it can be unlimited. x^2*1000 GP for x%(integer x only), for example would take 100k to get to 10% and 10m to get to 100%. The thing to note is that it's % bonus GP, not discount, so even if it's 100000%, Dan would still make some money(thou a lot less). But really, I doubt many ppl reached 900k, so it won't even amount to 1/3 extra.
Also, the bonus amount would not count toward the amount purchased.

Well I've been adding it up. Based on $50 transactions alone I'm floating at 255k GP.
