The Artifact Market page says ability can be used ever 40 hours.
The Ability page says every 20 hours. I hope 20 is correct.

I would vote for 40 hours, but without 250 energy to use.
I was "a bit" suprised to see energy cost on so expensive artif (148GP including base bane familiar)

The ability cooldown is 20 hours, and it costs 250 energy to use. Provides a 5% boost to invasion attacks.
