Delta Surfers is seeking a smaller legion to merge into ours. We will be providing slots for new leaders and officers from the smaller legion that is chosen. We are a top 50 legion with a level 7 artifact base with a full CT lab. if anybody is running a smaller legion. or knows a smaller legion that may be interested. PM me!
