Question About Lepus Ally Ability

So I am out of legion right now, and I am wondering if the Lepus ability stacks (like will I be able to raid a base like 3x when I finally get loyal, if I use the ability now)?. Does anyone know?

One morning I was sleepy, I used the Bio con out of habit (of ranking it) and I had not hit a base..... when I finally did get in on a base, then raided it, I was only able to raid it once.
So no.
