Enemy owned planet with Lepus Hatchery and Quantum Hydro-Meliorator. Undefended, low rank. On its own, a couple of nice artis to take.

However, in doing so, I'd be stuck with a S/VS/A Very Tiny Barren.

Would you take the planet and the artis, or just forget about them?

i would purge it.

i have a select few artis for which i would invade and abandon a crappy planet:

storage (basic and seasonal)
adaptive spire
intraphasic hoveroid
orbital stabilizer
ergosphere filter
meta-tuned jammer
cross-signal restrainer
litheor core-tunnel
xathe inhibitor
chron shifter
bioship landing platform
temple of reflection
auric lepus drone (never seen one, but just saying)

If you have an open invade timer, 5 GP to abandon, and the extractors I say why not. I don't use the hatcheries on my best planets, just the ones I don't want low ranks getting their grubby hands on.

temple of reflection is this really worth it since its defense based?

it is a medal reward, so each player only gets 1 (barring reset ?). 30% defense bonus for 1 space is excellent for storage planets to buy you a bit more time against crit.hacks. i am still looking for a 5th one for my most recent storage planet (first VM metallic after 4 C plasmas).

I would probably add a couple to the list i would steal a crappy planet for. I am sure there are a lot of others out there as well but, these are what come to minf off the top of my head

yeah, the LTL should have been on my list as well ... especially since i have taken a few of those lol

probably ryelis too at 2 arti per space with a cloak bonus, but then tejiar ally hq should join it (again, if extractable)

Rikthar's is a 1.5 arti per space ... on par with an omnistream gateway, bane generator, or scruuge hoarding vault ... better than 1:1 but not worth invading a crappy planet for me (i would take the scruuge tho, as a seasonal storage)

QAC is just dark badges ... and if it is upgraded .. it becomes non.extractable ... would extract if it came with a planet that i invaded, but would not invade just for it ... same with GEP

Only the version 4.0 is unextractable.
Rikthar's Id say is worth invading. It has limited availability compared to the seasonals and has decent +% atk boost with it

Attack is also useless but the 1:1.5 ap structure is definitely a good steal.
