for the storages, will there be some limits either in quantity and/or type (ie. research, mineral, artifact)

I probably should have a limit on fluxes ten sounds like an arbitrarily good number...
As far as storages go, a minimum ratio of 1 research: 2 mining: 3 artifact should be observed with preference to artifact above all else.

In other words at least half should be artifact storages, of the remaining mining and research storage at least 2 thirds should be mining.
Lets have a maximum of a hundred storages.

I would be more than happy to work out a deal for CTP/EM + Energy contributed to X Factor.
