 Radily approaching the dark levels

I am rapidly approaching the darkness.

By that, I mean I am 15 levels away from lvl 2000. That is apparently when it is assumed that players no longer need CTP.

We need something to do.

We need new items to research to improve our ships.

We need new levels of elites for those who are higher levels. We need bigger things from the RSL, the Sha'din, the Stryll, the DSG and the Lazuli.

I can understand that we are shedding members and the developers are working on attracting new players, but if you drive off your existing players because of sheer boredom, this is no good.

What do you think?

Bases. Troop carriers till 2200... DMCs after 2201. You can do all missions then too. Pevreons. Attiroths. Clusters.

Scanning with high AP so you get more arti planets and more purgers

AvatarRoku, while that is true, it would be nice to see some new missions, new elites, new standard ships, something to juice things up a bit. I myself am done with all the missions, except repeatable, adding arty planets is fine, but to what end, all you are doing is the same thing daily, collect arty points allocate RP's, rinse and repeat. I would truly like to see something new outside of the seasonals, to kill, or to accomplish...again just something to juice the game up a bit. The game itself is great, but something new would be appreciated.

Remember when we were rank 1 and struggled for the first 50 ranks (some of you may not), why not add missions where it costs like 5000 energy to do and has a completion of 50 times... I have a mission that has 178 energy and a completion of 100 something long and hard (no pun needed) and on top of everything else (bases, npcs, allies, pvp, other things) I have a lot of time spent.

Also why not allow your ally to prestige itself seeing as for example the Anubix at rank 100 has Defense +149, Shield +268, Cloak +179, Invasion Attack +477 plus the 3% attack probably doesn't really affect many people anymore... so why not start from lvl 1 again but add double the bonus but make the requirements twice as hard.

Just a suggestion

I get where you are coming from but have to point out that the 3% that you suggest doesn't affect many people any more makes up almost 6000 of my unbuffed attack.
I certainly don't see that as insignificant.

Yes i would like to see some new content, missions, LM's, npcs. I'd be up for the ally idea with some like the Sehrin and Anubix...

allies are cool and all..but once you do the requisite mission, its more like just clicking ddaily to rank...more widespread npcs at large would be good...and/or expansion of levels who see current ones

I feel the forboding as well. Upper 1900s here . i rank at least once a day sometimes 2 .
Anyway there should be perks for reaching high ranks. Higher base contribution energy input. Higher grade repeatable missions . reduced timers on sharing planets and invasions. Production boosts when guarding. Raid / hack timer reduced. Wider badge range.
Dan could open the lower elites to high rankers but only thru a legion share.... Make it a new legion mission or something? I dunno maybe not .
I could go on and on .... But i gotta say this :

Dan , there's a wealth of ideas here in the forum . Some ( many of my own lol ) are random and wont fit. Alot are plotted out with all the details laid out just needing your personal tweak . Many people here love this game and would be ecstatic if any number of these were implemented . Can ya give us any hope that there an awesome plan for why players should attain huge ranks ?
