My legion sees a lot of NPC activity. It is common for me to log in and be spammed with multiple red popups announcing NPCs that my legion mates are looking for help with.

The thing is, most of those NPCs are already dead.

If there was some way to cancel those alerts so I only see alerts for the remaining ones I think that would be an improvement.

I know, I can simply click 'cancel all' and then click over to the battle tab to see the real story but it is a letdown to see that pop up with an NPC you need and then click over to find it is gone. Missing out on NPCs is a fact of the game but it is not nice to rub it in my face.

I agree. Iv been over excited by to many npcs to find out there already disabled. :-/.

Maybe change the notifacation from *needs help* into the *rewards notifaction* after its been disabled so we would already know its been taken care of.
