I like the idea of transforming Bane NPC's into alternate versions that provide different drops. Perhaps we could get something like this on regular uncommon NPC's or even rares? They could drop different items than their counterparts. Things that upgrade planetary structures or ship mods perhaps. It could add a bit more to the NPC-ing dimension of the game and doesn't really exclude anyone rank-wise. If necessary, there could be a minimum rank to get the item needed to transform the NPC like how the bane is rank 200.

I do like the idear, but at the same time the Psy Shade transformation is what makes the Banes unike
giving something simular to the standart NPC will make the Banes less special

The npc tranformations shouldn't be wasted on being used purely to increase a weapon by 30% IMO. +1

As long as the transformation does not make a **balanced** NPC into something with a stupidly high defense + Attack, needing a whole tank of nrg from a Low/mid ranker to kill.
