New Artifact: Free Energy Batteries

1000 artifact points
This is a one use item that charges your ships energy by 25 points.
It doesn't seem like a lot, but two of these when you are 50 points of energy away from a level it would be great to have. Or if you need to activate some effects to defend your self but you just spent all your energy on Missions.

Good idea but it will never happen. What about the big ranks that pull in 20k artifacts an hour?

this ideas been mentioned already, theres an artifact that you get from NPCs , 3 uses and charges 100 energy each
