The others i filed were sporadically responded to, and several closed with "due to you opening a new ticket, this one is closed". Reminded me of IT support at many companies. Reset the ticket response timer by counting as a new issue.
My most recent response back was today...they said it's not a simple or quick fix and would work on fixing things as time allows. Which sounded suspiciously like never. I had thought others said they submitted and got it taken care of on individual level...shrug?

Yep, mine was fixed pretty much instantly on an individual level, which they said at the time was the only way they could do it for those already affected by the glitch.
Sucks about all the reset tickets, hope it gets sorted for you ASAP
