Starbase rankup requirements

 bleh.. Should of thought to do this sooner, but let's write out what we need to contribute to build the bases.

cost to upgrade to level 4: 80000 Energy 65000 Exotic Matter 4750 Tech Parts research AI Logistics that's what my legion is on right now, we hadn't started when I took this info, sorry, but I don't have anything accurate for lower levels atm

The Galactic Paladins will hit Starbase 5 in a few days. We just need the energy contributions. If anyone rank 300 or higher is looking for a new legion, now is the time to join us.

The Unknowns base is about 200k energy from level 5, so we should be there within a day or two

Added in the level 8 info after the Dysonians submitted their rank 7 screencap. That's more energy than a roomful of 4 yr olds!
