Can anyone explain the mechanics behind Repair Bay?
Every 30 minutes it will allow one ship to be repaired without any costs from what i understood...
But does it do so automatically or does the player needs to activate this manually?
How does this effect your normal and artifact repairs?

It will repair one ship, at the request of that ship, for free, once every 30 minutes. It does not affect your repair timer.

But it is affected by it. I.e. if you repair timer is up you can't use it.
