 Psionic EMP Blast and Psionic Neutron Blast Wave

Artifact suggestion

Artifact....Psionic EMP Blast
Type...Trap -1 week
Target....Player
Duration....1 hour
Effect...when applied the attacking ship is pacified and cannot raid or be raided for 1 hour.


Psionic EMP Blast Type releases a massive blast of stored telekinetic energy effecting both biological and electromechanical based life forms.

This is an edit but after asking a friend what he thought he expanded on the idea.

Artifact....Psionic Neutron Blast Wave
Type....Debuff
Target.... Enemy Ship
Duration....15 mins
Effect...Emits rapid pulses of stored telekinetic energy reducing enemy crew strength by 50% for 15 mins

about time there was something to counteract massive crew size...i'would like to see this and/or a trap for raiders like there is for hackers

Both would be cool.

It would just be easier to fix the Halc trap so that you are truly pacified like Dan said would happen months ago. That means no offensive actions at all. You can't shoot/raid/hack ANYTHING (including NPCs and hiding and throwing artifacts at someone).

Great point, but i believe the debuff should be added to dans fix of the halc then. Although this would make people burn more fuses since its a second trap to debuff and potentially a few extra fuse sales...Evil Grinz

If there is a debuff it should be a seperate artifact the halc trap should be purely a halc trap and nothing else.

yes i dint mean a combined, I meant that the second idea should be created in addition to addressing the halc.
