Post scrap a building to for credits
dont you hate it when you upgrade building tech and have to scrap all those buildings that cost a fortune then you have to replace them all how about some credits you get from it like when you scrap a ship module only like 30% would be nice

You don't getting any scrap value from buildings because you don't pay any upkeep for them. This will not, and should not, change. It makes you give serious consideration to whether it is worth upgrading or changing.
