Post complex tech
could you make complex tech buyable its really really hard to find any at all very few npcs drop stuff that even begins to make an effect on the base upgrade say like 10gp for 10 complex tech

obviously your ship isn't at a rank/power where you find it easy to get the complex parts.
It'll come soon enough.
Be sure not to miss out at the goodies (NPC's) at your current rank.
