Purpose: long buff (8 or 12 hrs) that prevents enemy special abilities from going off when you hit them.

That's too powerful I think. It'd be really handy for PvP and wars though.

It would have to cost 50 nulls and 50 TM's.

If it could prevent traps from hitting you i would pay that. I t would let me take down over 100 ppl i would like to see this. it would be grate for wars. And if you dumb nuff to use it for kicks and take out bt people then you can enjoy all the hit backs.

The initial post doesn't sound like it applied to PvP; players don't have special abilities. This seems like it's specific for NPCs.

i was also thinking it was for npc's that way you could avoid all the annoying debuffs and effects they sometimes put on you. it would be great for those that disable 100+ npcs in one sitting and it would save a few containment cages for later

That's why i put the If in there It would be cool to have it like that as well.

Or make 2 different artifacts one for pvp one for npc.
