Wrong Thread and Overpowered suggestion. Some people have 900 GP and will keep attempting invasion on planets like that. Not fair for the owner of the planet.

[-1] GP is a tool not all players have access to. Something like this is already a mission reward that everyone can gain access to, but it is limited. I think an unlimited mission with VERY HIGH mission requirements (% or rank based) would be nice but something players couldn't stock pile for sure. Using 1 would be considered a massive loss and each use would reduce your % by half. Say you failed on 90% you could use the artifact to have a 45% chance. Keep in mind that when you fail to invade a planet it really sucks for you but think about how many people have failed to invade your planet, it's a two way street.
